Members of the National Council’s board, led by Brother Osvaldo Javier Hidalgo Viveros, National President, participated in the founding activities. The parents of the new SSVP conference members were also present, a fundamental presence to provide an environment of unconditional support, security, and love for the development of their children, strengthening their affective bonds.
The board of the first SSVP Children’s Conference in Paraguay, founded with 10 active members, was constituted as follows:
• President: Samuel Ignacio Carrera Rivarola (11 years old)
• Vice-President: Tiana Valentina Silva Ruiz (8 years old)
• Secretary: Dana Solange Dalinas Vega (8 years old)
