Jérôme Perrin, SSVP Secretary General, dies in Paris

It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Jérôme Perrin, Secretary General of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul l. Jérôme was, among other service positions, president of the Paris Council. His dedication and commitment to Vincentian values leaves a deep mark that serves as an example for us to continue with even greater strength our evangelical mission in the Conferences. 

From the Council General, representing all the members of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, we send our sincere condolences to his wife Marie-Claudie, the rest of his family, friends and all those who had the privilege of knowing him and collaborating with him and especially to the Conferences of Paris. We ask for prayers for his soul.

The Council General declares seven days of official mourning, asking the members to apply an intention in the mass for his eternal rest.
