Chain of Prayer for our beloved brother Camillo Noket (Micronesia)

Council General International

Brother Camillo Noket, aged 70, has been admitted to hospital for aggressive cancer treatment in Manilla (the Philippines). Married with five children and grandchildren, he has been a SSVP member for over two decades.

He is the current president of the ‘Immaculate Heart of Mary’ Conference, located in Weno (Chuuk State), in the Federated States of Micronesia (Oceania).

This Conference, made up of 24 members, operates on the premises of the Cathedral. Due to its geographical location, this is the most remote Conference in the world, but the Vincentians participating therein have the same spirit, enthusiasm and devotion to the poor as that of the rest of the SSVP members around the world.

Brother Camillo is the official contact person of the Council General International in Micronesia, as if he were the National President. In 2016, at the International General Assembly, he represented Micronesia at the general elections.

As for his professional life, Camillo is an official senior in the Judiciary Power who has held important offices in the local government.

The Council General International prays to God for a miracle, and prompt Vincentians from all over the world to include the name of brother Camillo Noket in their daily prayers, under the intercession of Blessed Antoine-Frédéric Ozanam, for the healing of this suffering brother.

“The prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up” (Saint James 5, 15).
